Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy, our payment provider. By subscribing, you agree to Lemon Squeezy's terms of service.
4.3 Cancellations and Refunds
You can cancel your subscription at any time. Refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis within the first 14 days of subscription.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree NOT to use the Service to:
- Illegal, abusive, or fraudulent content
- Spam or unsolicited marketing
- Impersonate another person or entity
- Distribute malware or harmful content
- Violate intellectual property rights
- Activities that harm our infrastructure
6. User Content
You retain ownership of all content you upload to Moon Me. However, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display your content on the platform.
7. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its design, code, logos, and branding, are owned by Moon Me and are protected by intellectual property laws.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account immediately, without prior notice, if you violate these Terms. You can delete your account at any time from settings.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

In no event shall Moon Me be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Service.
